All sales are final. Due to the immediate, permanent nature of digital access and downloadable content, refunds cannot be issued once a file has been downloaded or delivered.

Exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis solely if a file download fails or is verified as corrupted upon delivery. If you experience technical issues, contact prime@animaexe.video within 7 days of purchase for technical support.
